The Short Pay Riders are a folk-based project from the upper Midwest, formed in 2020.  Singer/songwriter John Pearson and guitarist Harold Melo have collaborated with a varied group of musicians in recording three independently produced LP’s:  One of These Times (2021), Can’t Seem to Find (2023) and As Good as Gold (2026).
